• Preservation of Colombian Coffee Culture

We source all of our coffee from Colombia. Colombian coffee is truly special, not just for its quality, but also for the culture surrounding its cultivation and consumption. Co-founders Sierra and Camilo both have spent time in the coffee axis of Colombia, and it is from our deep connection to the cultural landscape there that we started Encantado Coffee. We partner with stewards of Colombia's coffee cultural landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2011, to help educate and preserve the cultural heritage behind Colombian coffee.

  • Fair Labor Practices

Coffee farmers in Colombia are often not paid enough for their produce to justify the labor-intensive process of producing specialty coffee, leading to poverty and displacement. At Encantado Coffee, we pay over 140% fair market price to ensure that the farmers who produce our coffee are fairly compensated. Our mission is to make coffee a profitable crop for Colombian farmers so that the next generation can continue to produce the best coffee in the world.

  • Sustainability

Climate change is heavily impacting coffee farmers in Colombia and around the world. With coffee facing an uncertain future, we seek to do all we can to offer the most sustainable coffee possible. We source our coffee from farmers who seek harmony with the environment and who are innovators in sustainable coffee agriculture techniques.
