Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Our coffees are roasted in small batches and roasted to order. We will always tell you how long it will be before your order is shipped out, never more than 2 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. If you have any questions, we are always here to help. Email us at info@encantadocoffee.com. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping is only available to locations within the United States.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Encantado Coffee ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Encantado Coffee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Encantado Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
