Shipping and Returns
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We process orders within 2 business days and depending on which shipping option you select, shipping takes between 3 and 8 business days.
We offer free shipping on orders over $25.
While we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our product, if you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase please contact us at info@encantadocoffee.com and we will do everything we can to make it right.
Christmas orders: Order by Dec. 16th to receive your package before Christmas Day via standard shipping.
How do I prepare the coffee?
That is up to you! Our coffee comes in whole bean (with ground options available for our Holiday Collection), so that you can grind it to suit any brewing method that you prefer. Whether that be a classic coffeemaker, complicated siphon, or anything in between, we will leave that to you and your excellent taste.
